Services<\/h2>\n  <p>CloudEngagePro provides strategic and functional consulting related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement), data strategy, integrations and marketing automation optimization. Services are provided on a project basis or through consulting agreements. <\/p>\n\n  <h2>4. Offers and Agreements.<\/h2>\n  <p>Quotes are without obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is established when CloudEngagePro provides written or email confirmation of the order. <\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. Rates and Payment.<\/h2>\n  <p>Rates are agreed upon in advance. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. If the term of payment is exceeded, the client is automatically in default.  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>6. Liability<\/h2>\n  <p>CloudEngagePro shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or up to the amount paid by the liability insurance. <\/p>\n\n  <h2>7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n  <p>All intellectual property rights to any advice, documents, reports or materials delivered shall remain with CloudEngagePro, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>8. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n  <p>Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information shared during the course of the collaboration.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>9. Privacy and Data Processing<\/h2>\n  <p>CloudEngagePro processes personal data in accordance with applicable AVG legislation.
